We are seeking enthusiastic, creative, and critical thinkers to join our Landscape Architecture team as a Landscape Project Manager.
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Functions: Project Management, Supervision
Location: Culver City, CA
Salary: $70,000 – $90,000
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage the design process of open space and site work for multi-family developments, public parks, schools, and other outdoor open spaces.
* Lead internal team(s) working on multiple projects
* Mentor and supervise junior staff
* Manage project budgets, schedules, and scope
* Perform technical review(s) of construction documents
* Become involved in the development and evolution of KFA’s Landscape Architectural practice
Desired Skills and Experience:
* 10-15 years related experience
* Great communication skills
* Licensure is preferred
* Understanding of construction documents, drawings, and specification
* Proficiency in Autocad, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-up or similar 3-D tools
* Planting and irrigation design skills
