Project Manager / Landscape Architect: 5-8 Years
Oxbow Design Collaborative is a multi-disciplinary design practice that is focused in the areas of site planning, urban design, and landscape architecture for a diverse range of clients across the public and private sectors. Currently, we are looking for a Project Manager Landscape Architect with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our growing studio in Denver.
The Project Manager position is a full-time hybrid (in-office 4 days min.) position that will lead, manage, and be responsible and accountable for a variety of tasks related to the operation and growth of our Landscape Architectural design practice. We are a small, fast-paced office and the position requires individuals to be curious, engaged, and communicative while having a growth mindset and contributing to a culture of design excellence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for design documentation of Oxbow projects including but not limited to coordination of project documents with allied design disciplines, communications with clients, project stakeholders, and sub-consultants, and leading overall office project management.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Sketchup, and Excel is required. Additionally, strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to perform research are considered an asset. A sharp sense of design, composition, scale, and proportion as well as an ability to communicate clearly through visual language (diagrams, models, maps, and sketches) is a requirement for the position.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s or a master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Urban Design and a minimum of 5 years working in a professional office.
