QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERTISE
Design Excellence: 7+ years of experience in landscape architecture and urban design delivering transformative, community-centered placemaking.
Environmental Stewardship: Commitment for advancing innovation, sustainability, and forward-thinking ecological solutions.
Dynamic Collaboration: Memorable presentation, public speaking, and leadership skills, ensuring bold vision, stakeholders’ engagement, and project success.
Compelling Storytelling: Strong visual compositions bringing ideas to life through engaging and expressive artistic expressions.
Strategic Impact: Active contributions to academia, professional and community organizations fostering partnerships with mission-driven initiatives.
Thought Leadership: Skilled in social media, public relations, and knowledge-sharing, amplifying design discourse, client service, and industry recognition.
Degree in Landscape Architecture / Professional Registration Preferred / Effective Project Management.
Design Documentation Proficiency
Drafting & Documentation: AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Revit
3d Modeling: SketchUp, Rhino (Grasshopper plug-in or any common parametric design tool), 3ds Max
Rendering: VRay, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, Unreal Engine, Blender.
Graphic: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
Video editing: After Effects
Equivalent comprehensive education, experience, and demonstrated leadership will be evaluated.
