All good ideas!
I did manage two informational interviews the last couple of times there. Some good information from those which have yet to lead to anything more. I also joined the local branch of ASLA but I can’t make their meetings because I’m still living in Tucson . . . sigh.
It’s amazing how even the follow-up calls don’t get returned. i imagine the lack of acknowledgment of my resume, etc. is due to the enormous popularity of the town. I think it’s made even more difficult by my not being local.
As far as contacts–no joy. That’s why I’m posting here! 🙂
I admit, the portfolio needs some more polish–but I’m thinking of switching the whole thing over into a personal website.
