Amy Starling Rampy

Amy Starling Rampy is a Senior Associate and program manager at TBG Partners, a leading design firm with expertise in landscape architecture and planning. With a background in design, Amy oversees firmwide program development and implementation by fostering collaboration, building consensus, and inspiring enthusiasm in support of firmwide initiatives such as Recruiting, Learning, Community Investment and TBG’s Research and Development fellowship program, Idea Lab. As a key member of the firm’s People Operations team, she thrives on championing connections across TBG’s 4 office locations and is dedicated to ensuring the overall success of programs that support TBG’s talented people and a firm invested in making a positive impact on the planet. She is a licensed Landscape Architect in the State of Texas and a LEED Accredited Professional with a passion for community service and commitment to local organizations like Austin Parks Foundation and local NPR station KUT.
