Here in india, i do not think how much points or requiremrnt is fulfilled as per LEED USA, but green building is done in india on based on india green building council .
explain more about your projects about commerical/ factory/ park /residentials.

better go with15% of project value . or depands on size , clients demands and measure time involved with them.

in vertical landscape generally we can choose small plants which are climber and creeper supporting with net making with bamboo or wooden frame . watering is critcial part here.

natural topography( wild grasses area or growing naturally ) can take as landscaped area? or it should be neatly landscaped ( dry or xeroxscping_) area? for site selection ?.

how about grey water treating with wetlands/ aerobic system? there is need for open bond rite? instead using in sewage water treatment along with chemicals?
