Here in Houston te picture isn’t very bright at all. New construction is very slim and residential market is terrible too.
Most firms here are down anywhere from 30% or more! I do see some signs of hope amongst firms doing work in Asia.

Check Craigslist. Here in Houston I found ACAD 2010 real cheap. (Less than $100).
