I use a Mac and always work at full scale 1 to 1. Before starting to draw set the Camera View to Top and Parallel projection. I use line w/measurement and tape measure to draw. If not using Layout for printing I adjust the Page size to 24″ X 36″, then use Document Setup for page size and Print Scale. Then print and select PDF option.
