									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Thanks for the recommendations, Betsy. It seems like there are quite a few good nurseries  guided by well-educated nurserymen/women. I&#8217;m used to working with &#8220;natives&#8221;, but that term obviously means something different whenever you move to a new region. It&#8217;s good to have some resources to turn to now. Both were really good examples of why pedestrianizing an area can make a space successful. It&#8217;s really hot outside right now, so I&#8217;ll wait until later this evening to go explore some more.</p>
