Recycled plastic and a capillary mat which is a geocomposite adsorbent nonwoven. It is 100% post consumer recycled polyester nonwoven layer that is mechanically bonded to a synthetic hydrophilic (water) adsorbent matte which holds 10-12 times its weight in water helping plant roots stay wet longer as well as move water through capillary action.
