In our studio we’ve begun to use an intranet-based wiki to share both open and sensitive information. It’s great because, among other things, it’s only accessible in the office. This way, institutional knowledge doesn’t walk out the door with departing designers, but it’s also not broadcast across the internet for anyone to “poach”.
