Call me a hater, but you have to realize that grinding on someone else’s property – physical constructed environment that you did not pay to install or maintain – is real, actual, property damage. Somebody has to pay to repair the damage caused by grinding. Property owners have every right to protect their investments, and LA’s shouldn’t feel bad about helping our clients protect their investments either.
