									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I definitely agree regarding LEED and the video is a bit extreme unless you&#8217;ve ever worked in a corporate Architectural office.  Having discovered net flix this summer using my son&#8217;s xbox I had to wonder why they would be mailing movies at all and then I heard them say they were phasing out &#8216;by mail&#8217; service on NPR after I read about it in the paper.</p>
