Background: Extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. Municipal Planning including project review, staff reports, and presentations to various commissions as well as in-house design efforts serving as Project Urban Design or Reformatting Manager. Design experience focused in a charrette, or public workshop, setting with major emphasis in traditional neighborhood development and redevelopment plans. Additional expertise in town center planning, urban design/redevelopment, charrette/pattern books, density studies, grading and storm water management, ecological and rural stewardship, site planning, streetscape, entrance and amenity design, growth management/transportation planning, TDOT enhancement grant applications, and construction administration.

Project Manager Experience: Team scheduling, supervision of a team of designers, bidding and negotiations, construction administration, project audits, archiving, budgets, proposals, project accounting, backlog reports, client and consultant meetings, conference calls, and coordination. Assisted with Planning Group Business Plans (LRK) and Planning Division Annual Goals (Collierville), as well as stakeholder, public, and commissioner presentations, marketing efforts and interviews, assemble company manuals for CAD standards, graphic standards, and new employee orientation and mentoring.
