Alban
Mannisi (MFA, MLA, Ph.D.LU) is a Landscape Urbanist, currently Assistant Professor at the Department of Urban Planning at Hanyang University in Seoul.
Living and practicing in France, Korea, Singapore, England, Thailand and Japan within hybrid professional associations and territories in transition, he is particularly attentive to the ecosophical movements of our environment and its controversial political and economic management.
Founder and director of the landscape planning platform SCAPETHICAL (www.scapethical.org), he also leads the international research group ZZAC.

His main areas of interest are; the Implementation of Political Ecology in Landscape Planning; the Social Ecology Deployment through Environmental Mediation. Major research projects are; the Globalisation of Sustainable
Narrative; the Analysis on the Foundation of Localised Political Ecology & Citizen Resistance.
