Oddly the County decided to close a through street, creating a cul-de-sac and a potential plaza. I was responsible for producing three design concepts on how to address the new open space and, using SketchUp, create presentation graphics for public meetings and outreach. I was also responsible for planting and irrigation design, construction documentation, cost estimating, specification writing, and some construction administration.
