Need adivce on hiring stall for business?

Mostly businessmen booked exhibit stall before to its starting date. It is good & important because stall owner design and decorate it in its own thoughts. 

But what is the process for getting stall on rent? I never attend exhibition activity in past and no one help me out in this regard.
