Again the AIA comes through with some albeit rather “scary” research and projections about what the
approaching “fiscal cliff” means for anything related to the design and construction fields. Last time I checked, that included landscape architects .
There is nothing more to be gained from asking where ASLA has been on this topic or anything else related to the Lesser Depression. As many, including myself have noted here before, one can only conclude our own professional representation has considered all of this economic mayhem to be a minor irritation, a mere hiccup and momentary distraction, not worth getting to worked up over.
