    That is interesting, but it seems like it would need some kind of major retail draw. Once the cool factor wears off, what’s going to make people use it on a daily basis? And will it feel like a park or will feel like hanging out at the mall? Oh well, hopefully it will be air conditioned and rat free.

    Curious to know how successful it will be, especially when compared to the High Line.  🙂
