3/50 Project

I know this may not be Landscape Architecture related, but it could fall under historic preservation if some of the local stores and companies are in old downtowns or old warehouses. I was wondering if anyone had seen this website before? My local city councilman sent me the link via twitter and I thought it was an interesting concept.
