Back in 1999…..a Dallas Architecture Firm (with approx. 15 Architects on their Staff)….hired me to create this
“hand drawn” Color Rendering of this Dallas area apartment community. I think I was a little surprised that the Owner of that Architecture hired me……as, he didn’t feel he had an Architect on his staff who could produce a professional Color Rendering for this project. But, I was more than happy to have the work….as I have always had a passion for Color Graphics.
