We have a thing here called mowvember, everyone can sport a beard without fear of prejudice (even some women i believe) for the entire month of November. For the rest of the year just tell them its ‘designer stuble’ and is in fact very cool.

I definitely agree regarding LEED and the video is a bit extreme unless you’ve ever worked in a corporate Architectural office.  Having discovered net flix this summer using my son’s xbox I had to wonder why they would be mailing movies at all and then I heard them say they were phasing out ‘by mail’ service on NPR after I read about it in the paper.

Clearly, you would not be the first Johnson in the White House and probably not the last. You may have the distinction of being the only bearded Johnson to swing through the oval office, though.

That sucks!  But I can’t imagine that this experience speaks for all engineering firms…

Jelena, this would be a nice niche for landscape architects. Be the “Go To” expert on cemetary designs in the country. Not too many firms out there who are leaders in the field. I know there’s a lot of federal and state red tape regarding permits and plans in the United States. Or maybe, you just need to bury this idea and find another student project.

If you or your firm has done a project that fits this criteria submit it.  It will not take long and ASLA needs lots of case studies!

A huge difference between the casual investor, like myself who does it for long term benefits than someone who monitors daily activities of Wall street.
