Does anybody have any suggestions for apps that could be used to create punch lists for contractors? Some thing that would interact with a phones camera to take pictures and then be able to export to a printable document that could be sent to the contractor. I’ve worked with AppSheet but it isn’t very user friendly. SmartSheet would work but requires a constant data connection to work properly.

While it is clearly designed for architects I have successfully used https://www.plangrid.com. You should check it out!
