Tanya beat me to it! I was going to post the same thing…just saw it last week I believe.

I like the idea of re-using big-box stores. Las Vegas is now filled with empty stores, industrial/warehouse space, and offices. Partition them off, swap meet style (back east they call them flea markets) and give them a solid door they can lock, maybe a ceiling with insulation so they can get some quiet and privacy. These people don’t want to be shipped off someplace where there are no panhandling opportunities or maybe even real possibilities of working.

Good Grief, Tanya! That is it! I geuss when you start with the vision of the homeless and their shopping carts, it is a fairly obvious extension..thank you for the link!!
I think I am going to have to buy one and test it out!
I geuss there is nothing new under the sun..Just the energy to get it done..Get ‘er done..
