I don’t know about Singapore, but Aoya in China is a large corporate office with offices in Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Beijing. They have several landscape designers from the Philippines too. You can get by with English in those cities pretty well. I can give you more info about mainland China if you are interested, but sorry I don’t know anything about Singapore.

i’ve actually had a study tour in Xiamen, China about 4 years ago..
