LARE EXAM SECTION 1 ADVICE

I have not yet setup when exactly I want to start taking the exam, however, I would like to start taking the exams so I can get licensed within the next year or so.  What is the best source, and study methods those who have taken and did very well on section 1.  Is there any study material anyone can provide to me via pdf or other that they would not mind sharing?

Please let me know if anyone has anything they feel would be helpful!

Ready, Set, Practice.  Also Hinze’s Construction Contracts (chapter 9 or 10, no need to go over the whole book), you can buy an older edition as the new ones are rather pricey.  They’re about the only things I looked at.
