Portfolio

Im trying to play with the balance of graphics/design versus content in the portfolio. As of now I am focused more on my images creating a rich sense to the portfolio instead of making a fancy looking one with graphics in the BG or as a layout. Does anyone know where there are some good examples to take a portfolio off of.

I am also a strong believer in that as long as the content(work) is good and creates interesting imagery that is the most important as compared to a fancy layout.

I’ve been contemplating this for a while. A clean layout is best in my opinion, but you can have a clean and rich layout.
