I have finally found a home! Hello group! Clare Cooper Marcus helped send me on a journey to thirteen therapeutic gardens and I hope to share my pictures and resources with everyone. Hi all, I am a landscape architect who has recently relocated to Abu Dhabi and is looking for work. Any suggestions or better still – anyone know of any companies who are currently hiring?? It seems, like always, networking is the best way to get into any company so thought I would try my luck here!
Thanks! -

I noted Rico listed Ace Torre as an influence. I recently completed an extensive article profiling Torre for next month’s (May 09) issue of Landscape Architecture Magazine. It’s an in-depth look at his design drawing philosophies and techniques, with step by step photos of Torre in the studio creating one of his famous “tilt-up” aerial drawings.

Great idea for a group! As I accumulate drawings with each class, I am at a loss of what to do with it all, what is worthy to include in a portfolio and how best to create a portfolio.
