COMPETITIONS – ongoing 16 years, 3 months agothanks Vladimir for the comment, I agree competitions need to be transparent, it’s good to be reminded that we live in the world of politics and connections. SO even if u have the very good design u will be a winner, sad truth…..
It reminds me one competition I idid in Lodz,Poland where the winner for the big square had a photo of Toronto…[Read more] -

COMPETITIONS – ongoing 16 years, 3 months agoBefore you embark on any competition I advise you to check the political context. Bevare of any competition that has politicians as judges. Anglo – saxon countries have tendency to compromise the results and often completely change the outcome.
One such competition just happened In Sydney (Darling Harbour East) where due to unacceptable meddling…[Read more] -

Polscy Architekci Krajobrazu (Polish Landscape Architects) 16 years, 3 months agoA ja mam pytane odnośnie procedur FIDIC.

Graphics 16 years, 3 months agoI have questions about Vectorworks.. one of that is.. when I use VW for 3d site modeling, it becomes so slow.. I made layers simple, even classes.. But still slow..
I’m using ‘i-mac’ resent version. How I can make it faster? Change Graphic Card?
Up Grade Memory? Is there anybody knows about VectorWorks? -

We use Land FX; which it sounds like the same setup as Raincad. It is extremely simple to pick up on and their support is like no other. We have been using it for almost 5 years now without one complaint. I would give them a call and talk to their rep if you are interested.

Green Streets 16 years, 3 months ago

Kim, I have seen some examples in Charleston, SC that are using some green street technologies such as curbside bioretention and permeable pavers. I would look up Liberty Hills and Oak Terrace Preserve which I believe are both in North Charleston. Here are some pics: - Load More
