I called asalesman at Permaloc and he was very helpful specifying what I needed. The planter needs to be designed to handle whatever nature throws at you.  You can retrofit the drain like Chris said to become the overflow at the down end of your planter. If you have a lot of slope, check dams can hold the water and pool it to infiltrate fully. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Berlin for the urban planning and changes. Find a German to tell you all the stuff. Hotel Fjord near the Sony Plaza is reasonably priced and nice. The breakfast at the top floor is typical German and enough to keep you going till midnight. I was the only English speaker there though.</p>
