UGA College of Environment and Design 14 years, 1 month agoThanks for posting this interesting information. I wish I could attend the conference. We had a similar challenge when restoring and repurposing a prison that was transferrred to our agency. It is a complicated development of private/public deelopment that seems to be working well for our community.
