I do not think you will find some information for nurseries in Libya. I believe most of the nurseries in that region and especially the small one will not be having websites
I am aware that my contractors were importing some plants in UAE from Egypt. There are importing from different sources as well but this is the closest one for you.
If you need specific information for other than Libya sources let me know.
