You are kidding me.. it costs $ 276 for a score verification process…….??? I can’t even begin to describe all the ways in which CLARB is lame. Most people have described in pretty eloquently in this string, so there’s not much I can add.

Hi Elizabeth,

Wow, we are in the exact same situation! How long do you have left to pass? I passed MC in Sept of ’08, so I have 3 years left. Sounds like a lot, but it’s not really.

And, do you mean that there was only one of the small scale, detailed parking lot-type vignette on your test in June? Is this how it is each time, I wonder?

uh, .. yeah.. that’s a pretty far out there speculation. I seriously hope that LARE graders have better things to do than sit on this message board stalking people who might be bad-mouthing CLARB and the LARE, making notes of their names, and then docking them points while grading one of their vignettes. LOL.

It funny you mention the Townhouse vignette. I actually practiced on that one the past 2 days. I couldn’t finish one of the two in ONE HOUR the first day. !!! The second day I got it done 20 minutes faster. Still too slow, though. And I thought it would be a breeze! ugh.

Hi Mros,

Great question. I’ll give you my feedback based on my own experience.

I took all 3 multiple choice sections at once, two years ago, (and I was quite surprised to find that I passed all 3). In the interest of finances.. i.e.. not having to pay for CLARB fees and exam fees again, I over-studied so as to pass as many sections as I…[Read more]
