This past March, I totally re-designed the 1st Floor Courtyard of this Client’s Condominium Courtyard – in a 12 Story Condominium Building…..located in SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA. This Courtyard is approx. 125 Ft. long x 35 Ft. Wide…with a 6 Ft. high existing Screen Wall. The Owners wanted a completely different look.
This client sent me a SITE PLAN via E-mail….and we had many conversations and exchanged many photos and ideas….so that we could get on the same page.
The Courtyard Design was completed….PDF Files were sent to the Clients and they are now negotiating with a General Contractor to remodel the entire Courtyard.
