During my (42) Year Landscape Architecture Career….I have designed approx. (200) Upscale Multi-Family Projects. Each project had approx. 25 Sheets in the set (sheets were 24″ x 36″ size)…..and ALL Plans were drawn “By Hand”. Average Design Fee for these Multi-Family Projects was $25,000.00….which really is a very small percentage of the overall costs of these developments that cost from $20 Million to over $50 Million.
I designed these Multi-Family Projects in (9) different States….for at least (20) different Apartment Builders.
