Both graphics are the same. This is a Residential Project in Fort Myers, Florida. I was hired by a Licensed LA in The State of Florida to create a “Color Preliminary Design” and “Preliminary Cost Estimate”. The Owner had a long list of “design criteria”. Using a PLAT, site survey, Owner’s budget, site photographs and the Owner’s “wish list”…I created this Preliminary Color Rendering “by hand”….and a detailed “Preliminary Cost Estimate”.
