   This “Hand Drawing” for a “Preliminary Residential Swimming Pool Amenity Area” is located in Houston, Texas. Drawing completed on July 24, 2020. The Design was really, about 90% of just what this Home Owner wanted….so, it wasn’t like I was turned loose to use my Creativity & Design Experience……the Owners just wanted what they wanted…and need Preliminary Drawings…so, they can work with a Pool Builder, an Outdoor Kitchen Contractor and a Landscape/Irrigation Contractor in the Houston, Texas area.

   P.S…..This Houston, Texas project was actually…..a “Join-Venture” between myself & Landscape Architect “Michelle McCloskey” of Houston, Texas. Michelle personally met with the Home Owners, took necessary photos of the site, interviewed the Home Owners to determine their “Design Needs & Wishes” for their Property. Michelle created sketches and notes based on her 3 Meetings with these Home Owners…..and then, coordinated with me while I was up here in Plano, Texas (Northern edge of Dallas, Texas). So, thru many phone calls, text messages, e-mails, meetings, sketches and coordination efforts….Michelle & I were able to get approx. (4) page of Notes about the details of the Pool Area, a few Construction Details & the “Preliminary Hand Drawn Pool Amenity Design – shown above). Michelle, being on the ground in Houston was very valuable to the success of this Design Project.
