I think you are right on as far as the safety issue is concerned.

Go to Green and Green’s Gamble house in Pasadena.  Amazing craftmenship plus the visitor centre is Doc’s house from Back to the Future.   The patio is really nice.

Hiya Miya Jarrod…you SHOULD read what Andrew posted…I checked out some places you are advertising services and I am pretty sure that would qualify for what…a Class B misdemeanor whatever that is…and they count every day you are guilty of advertising that.

Yes, I read the article…those things look terrible but do not look like a safety hazard at all. If they keep them that low…well…I don’t see a safety issue. Aesthetically…ugh. haha.

Topping is a poor practice that can weaken a tree and make it a hazard, but this church has been continually practicing this hard pruning which then keeps them from ever becoming a hazard.
