People do not like to be sold to, but they LOVE to buy! That is the idea behind the process we developed at Garden Concepts. I recently put together and posted a free book based on our 10 Step Design Process. I know you will find something you can use in it.

Our system was developed with residential design-build in mind, but there is also good info for the design-only office. Smaller offices will benefit the most.

Very strange. After you enter your email address, you should be sent the download link. Are you getting the email? It could be getting caught in a spam filter. Lots of people have done this successfully.
