amphitheatre design plans?

1st year landscape arch student modelling amphitheater with clay. I can find lots of images of amph on the web but I’m looking for an actual plan of one that I can reference for slope, curvature, seating dimensions, etc.  Any suggestions?  Many thanks in advance.

Hi Suzann,

Your existing grades, use, access and a number of other factors can determine the finished grades and dimension.  You will first need to define what kind of amphitheater you are looking to create.  Is it stadium seats or will users drop a blanket and lounge?  There is no set rule. This detail worked well for people to drop a beach towel or folding chair.  Events include weddings, outdoor movies and concerts.
