    Move over Oscar!  Dumpsters are now replacing shipping containers as the latest architecture trend… “A California designer has turned a $2,000 dumpster into a fully functional home, complete with a bathroom, bed, kitchen and sun deck.”  Or not.

    Looks like he’s got a lot of the main ingredient for making living in a dumpster possible – just be drunk all the time. hee hee.

    haha… I totally overlooked that!  Dismissed them as condiment bottles.  It appears the photographer was careful to hide the labels… way to go Jim Beam for thinking ahead!

    Other than a great place to drink, I can’t see this becoming a trend like shipping containers.  Though, its not a bad option for beating the rent in NYC.  We’ll see if more of them start popping up…
