Anybody know how the profession is in ireland?

I’m entering my last year of an MLA program and am dealing with a tricky family situation. My wife has been offered an opportunity to do a 2 year stint in Dublin. The job comes with solid pay and we could squeak by on just her salary if need be. The question is will I be able to find any sort of work, especially considering I will be coming straight out of school with zero practical LA experience and 5 years arboriculture experience. Does anyone have any idea what the profession/economy is like in ireland right now?

I’m not sure about Ireland but EDAW/AECOM has an office in Edinburgh, Scotland. Flights from Dublin to Edinburgh are as cheap as 30EUR during the weekdays. Good luck!
