The previous discussion thread with this title is now over 6 months old and has had quite a response over that time span.

 

Please continue to state your employment status, outlook and general opinion about the state of the economy in your region of the country and the nation overall.

 

I intend to summarize the wealth of commentary this thread has accumulated and also “harvest” some comparables and similarities from “The State of the Profession” thread (it has somewhat of a dual track, if you will. I will  hopefully offer up to Lounge 8 readers an insightful and revealing “boiling down”  of both threads for your appreciation and further commentary by the end of this month August, first part of September 2010.
