I have not yet read over their statements or watched their videos, but I would like to start a discussion to see if anyone knows either of them personally and not only knows what type of people they are but also what is their vision for what Landscape Architecture can and should be.  I believe that not only our profession but the world is in need of both meaning and vision, so I would like to know what type of vision that either of them can bring to our national organization. 

I know many of you out there have become disenchanted by that ASLA because of what they have done or become, please put that aside for now, and lets see what good can be done to advance our profession.
