Freelance Artist providing landscape rendering

I studied landscape architecture and I do work as a landscape designer. Art as always been a passion of mine, so I do freelance art on the side.

I was wondering if you think someone like me would benefit other designers who are not confident in their rendering abilities or who don’t have enough funds to  hire a prestigious graphic design studio. Tools I work with are  Autocad, sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator and 3ds Max. Any suggestions on how to market myself to to those in need of such a service?
