Help for Project in Vietnam

Currently I work on the project in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Is there any good way to get plant species information for planting design?
I also want to know a good nursery that can handle large volume trees and shrubs.
Bamboos are well grown even in Hanoi, which is northern Vietnam?
I think it might too cool for bamboo…
If you have any idea about one of above concern, please post some info.

I went to Hanoi recently. I saw lots of Cycas, Arecas, Phoenix, Plumerias, etc. :)) And yes, there were bamboos too!
