Is there an “international ASLA”?

I am giving a talk at the AIA-UK chapter in London, and apparently the AIA has chapters all over the world. Some of the interviews in DIRT suggest that ASLA members are “ASLA International”.  Would someone illuminate me?

I am researching opportunities to offer my NightSeeing program to conferences (as I did for the ASLA National this year http://bit.ly/ASLA_LightWalk) and to urban designers as part of the planning process.
