Get a local graffiti artist to produce a full-sized piece for the wall… other artists tend to not “tag” or otherwise mar existing artist’s work : )

There are lots of different anti-grafitti sealers on the market, from acrylic to a glass-like product. It is failrly common and most good concrete supply stores should carry it. It is generally applied with a handheld pump sprayer.Google anti-grafitti concrete sealer. It won’t magically wash away when it rains, but it can be cleaned, sometimes with more product, sometimes with just rubbing alcohol and water.
