JOB DESCRIPTION:
Dynamic Landscape Architecture firms seeking a team member. The right candidate will have 2 to 3
years of relevant experience as a landscape designer with construction document and construction observation
experience. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Sketch-up computer programs are
imperative. Other graphic computer skills such Archicad, Rhino, hand-drawn graphics, knowledge of
plant materials are also considered a plus. The appropriate candidate will possess strong skills in site
design and planning, from conceptual design through to completion of construction documents, and have
the ability to work well in within a team.
We are looking for self-motivated, ambitious and talented individual to join our team in designing and
building residential and commercial projects at multiple scales.
Essential skills are:
• Work in teams with studio environment with minimal supervision
• Quality commercial and high-end custom estate experience preferred
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Strong design and graphics skills
• AutoCAD, Adobe Suite. Rhino, Sketchup, and Free hand sketching
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in generating construction documents preferred
• Strong design sense and detailing; Construction Administration Review shop drawings and
submittals and RFI’s
• Coordination with consultants and city agencies. Ability to work with entire staff, including
overseeing field work and construction details.
• Must currently live in Los Angeles and be able to drive to sites.
• Ability to work with in tight schedules, identify problems, formulate solutions, result oriented.
