    Yeah, all I can get is that it appears to be in Liliaceae

    No telling without a sense of size. Rather like a liriope in many ways, but the colors are off

    Answer: Cordyline – Festival Burgundy Cordyline (I believe to be exact)

    It could easily be mistaken for a juvenile Phormium ‘Bronze’ or ‘Atropurpureum’, but the flower is the give away that it is Cordyline.  Check out the comparison:
